"2009 marks the twentieth anniversary of Mortgage
Resource Group, one of the oldest licensed mortgage brokers in the
State of Illinois.
We have experienced nothing but change since
1989. From handwritten loan applications to e-sign closings, from a three
month process to a three day process, from having one local bank as an
investor to working with a sea of national and international
companies, and from offering a thirty year fixed rate mortgage to offering a
negatively amortizing interest only monthly adjustable.....we have seen and
experienced it all.

local and regional banks, Internet mortgage companies....they dive into the
